If you cannot see a copy button on an account that you'd like to copy this maybe for three reasons. 1. You are being copied - this will prevent you from copying other users. 2. Your account is classified as a Signal account. To switch to a copier account, in Account navigate to 'Link Account' re-enter your details selecting the option 'I want to copy'. 3. Your account is a demo account which is blocked from copying.
