I cannot connect my trading account?

There may be multiple reasons why your account cannot connect. Please make sure you are doing the following: 

1. You are connecting with your trading password not your investor account. 
2. You're entering the wrong server, account number or password. 
3. The account was placed in the wrong Meta Manager group by the broker or they have not enabled it for trading yet.
4. Your MT4/5 password is too long - it needs to be less than 15 characters.
