How do I unsubscribe from a group?

Select the group and press the cog-gear widget at the top right of your screen, as shown below:



Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and press the red "Exit group" button. Confirm you want to exit by selecting "Yes" on the confirmation pop-up message.
