I stopped copying a Signal but my trading account is still receiving copy trades.

Please double check that you have stopped copying the signal. For help on this matter, click here or view Section 8 of our User Guide for a visual walkthrough.

Please note that existing copy trades will remain open until the signal closes the 'master trade'.
