How to create or link a PSV account?

Upon requesting a portal, if the client provides a rebate link then we can hardcode that into the create account button. 

Head to the Accounts page. If you don't have an execution account yet, click Create Account to open one with the broker.

If you already have an account, click Link Account, select your MT4/MT5 server, and enter your account number and master password to connect.
